The Controller operates on a non-profit basis for civic, solidarity, and socially useful purposes, fully respecting the rights and fundamental freedoms of data subjects.

2. Nature of the Project and Guiding Principles
KinkOnFest is a cultural, artistic, and social project promoted by a non-profit Association for Social Promotion (APS) with unlimited duration, democratic, apolitical, and non-partisan.

The activities of the Site and the festival are guided by the principles of:

Respect for the individual;

Self-determination;

Inclusivity and non-discrimination;

Protection of human, civil, and social rights;

Transparency in association management.

Any sums paid by users (membership fees, contributions, tickets, reservations, or donations) are considered membership contributions or fees for services connected to statutory activities, according to current legislation (updated to 2026), and do not constitute commercial activities.

3. Types of Personal Data Processed
The Controller processes only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary, including:

Identification and personal data (first name, last name, date of birth);

Contact data (email, phone);

Data required for membership registration (within the ASX system);

Data related to tickets, events, reservations, and services (including purchase history on www.kinkonfest.com
);

Authentication and profile data for the Wix Members Area;

Data submitted through Wix forms;

Navigation data (IP address, logs, cookies);

Privacy consents and communication preferences;

Communications sent via Wix Chat or chatbot;

Data strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR are not processed unless strictly necessary and legally permitted for association purposes.

4. Purpose of Processing
Personal data are processed exclusively for:

Technical and functional management of the Site;

Registration and management of the Wix Members Area (private, not visible or accessible to other users);

Membership registration and management of the association relationship;

Organization and management of the festival, events, and related services;

Issuance, management, and verification of tickets and reservations;

Sending informational and promotional communications limited to KinkOnFest;

Automated processes (emails, notifications, organizational workflows) are managed exclusively via Wix services.

The Site is created and hosted on the Wix.com Ltd. platform.

All personal data collected via the Site is processed on Wix servers, in compliance with GDPR and guarantees for any transfers outside the EU (including Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Payments
Payments can be made within the Wix Payments terms of service.

Banking and payment data are processed directly by authorized payment providers and are not stored by the Controller, in compliance with current legislation and security standards.

9. Communication, Disclosure, and Prohibition of Data Sale
Personal data:

Will never be sold, transferred, or exchanged with third parties;

Will not be communicated to external entities outside the KinkOnFest team;

Will not be visible to other users or members;

Will not be used for external commercial profiling.

is reserved exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
