Code of conduct

KinkOnFest

Welcome to KinkOnFest. This Code of Conduct serves a very simple purpose: to ensure that everyone can experience the festival freely, safely, consciously, and respectfully.

Participating in the festival means fully accepting the following.

The values โ€‹โ€‹of the Festival

Entry requirements

To attend the festival, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • have a valid ASX membership card.

    • You can purchase your membership card: at the venue's box office; purchase it online via this website (as soon as we open reservations).

Entrance will not be granted without these requirements. No exceptions.

General regulations

Consent

KinkOnFest strictly adheres to a culture of consent.

For us, consent is:

EXPLICIT

INFORMED

FREE

ACTUAL

ENTHUSIASTIC

ALWAYS REVOCABLE

How to ask for consent: โ€‹

It's very simple:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ask the person directly.

It is not allowed to:

  • touch someone without permission,

  • assume past consent,

  • demand attention,

  • to insist after receiving a no.

Just because someone said "yes" to you once doesn't mean that "yes" is forever.

๐Ÿ‘‰ No means no. Always. Without discussion.

Any violation of consent will result in immediate removal from the festival.

This is not a kindergarten

Being part of KinkOnFest means respecting what follows:

1

Consent first and foremost

Practice only with those who have given consent as described above

4

The festival staff

Our staff will be recognizable by their T-shirts and is divided into:

  • Reception Team: Who you can ask for information and/or general and specific requests about the festival

  • Dungeon Monitoring Team: Who you can ask for information about the Dungeon and assistance with any safety issues involving people or facilities

Always feel free to call us; we're here for you!

DON'T take on responsibilities that aren't yours; leave the work to US.

7

Nudity and dress code

  • Nudity is permitted but not mandatory;

  • Kinky/BDSM outfits and accessories are encouraged, never imposed;

  • Experience the festival however you want, however you feel comfortable.

  • No form of racism, sexism, xenophobia, homolesbotransphobia, or body shaming is tolerated;

  • Language and attitudes must remain ADULT, CIVILIZED.

5

Safety is paramount

  • Practice only if everyone is aware and in good physical and mental condition;

  • The Dungeon Monitor support is not guaranteed outside designated areas.

  • Practices that could compromise the health of participants are prohibited in the dungeon area, in particular: pissing scatting

6

Respect the common space

We're all adults.

  • Don't throw cigarette butts, glasses, tissues, or condoms on the floor;

  • Use the trash cans;

  • Paying your ticket doesn't give you the right to treat the place like a landfill.

9
